We do! We offer our service agreements for $12 a month or $144 for the service agreement. You'll receive two maintenance visits a year. One for cooling and one for heating. You'll also receive priority scheduling if your system were to break down and need us out, 10% off on any repair, 5% off system replacement, a peace of mind knowing your system will be ready for the harsh weather, along with many other benefits. A rule of thumb I typically recommend, is if you have an 8+ year old system and the cost of repair is over $800, it might be a good time to update it, the average system lasts somewhere between 10-15 years, give or take.
